Homosexuality-"Yes, it's a sin" Pope Francis

Homosexuality – alongside with other mentioned list of sins in The Word of God – The Bible, is also a sin.

“Homosexuality Yes it’s a sin" Pope Francis confirmed! These words come out during an interview with The Associated Press at The Vatican, Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2023.

Pope Francis said these words in a time when in Malta, we are witnessing an ex-gay - Matthew Grech taken to court for giving his testimony of coming out from the sinful lifestyle of Homosexuality. Somehow, Malta Police has been lured into taking Matthew Grech to court after he gave his personal testimony publicly of how he now was living a new life in Jesus Christ and came out from the sin of homosexuality. Many are noticing that our Parliament is being highjacked & controlled by a few militant Lgbtiq lobbies while pushing forward for more so called 'equality' – (not so equal after all) laws. This is becoming increasingly more clear that with this bill they want to impose their views on others across the country while taking away the freedom of choice and expression from countless hundreds of people like Matthew Grech. This cannot go on and should not be tolerated another day!

These so-called equality laws that are being forced will end up 'imprisoning' gays and many other vulnerable people (as Rebecca buttigieg call them) from the Lgbtiq community who wish to come out from that sin and lifestyle. It will become more difficult or close to impossible for them to leave this sinful lifestyle behind, seek for help to come out to heterosexuality and quit the gay life.

These proposed laws which are being designed, will end up persecuting many ex-lgbtiq members such as Matthew Grech, many of whom already exist within churches such as Catholics, Protestants, Evangelicals, Charismatics and many other Christian groups and denominations; not to mention Islam. There are many who wish to leave the gay/lesbian (lgbtiq) life from other circles within the general public who may not be due to religious based beliefs and convictions.

In my opinion, another purpose why this law is being pushed is to shut people's mouth and make Malta an all out Lgbtiq Island and have the upper hand of manipulation and bully-power anyone who may share a different view. Strangely as it sounds, this seems to be leading to the point where anyone who wish to live or turn back to a heterosexual lifestyle – live constantly being bullied and oppressed. “If The Law rightly protects people who belatedly discover or recognise, that they are gay, why can’t it protect people who belatedly decide that they are, after all, straight?” Ranier Fsadni Getting back to the sin, for thousands of years The Church in Malta – across denominational lines have always preached what The Holy Bible clearly states in many passages – that homosexuality – the act, is a sin in the sight of God.

River of Love being many times mentioned with such subject – due to the national voice that it has - have always welcomed people who have felt rejected by our society from all walks of life. Among the thousands that have attended River of Love Christian Church have always welcomed gays and all Lgbtiq members who wanted to experience the love of Christ in a personal way and all those who wished to come out and break free from all kinds of sins, habits, vices etc… and give their life to Jesus.

In a rather most hypocritical unacceptable way, for the past approximately 13 years till today this Church has come under attack, mainly by MGRM (Malta Gay Rights Movement) and other similar Lgbtiq lobbies including some NGO's and the militant liberal media.

“The goal of this command is love, which comes from a pure heart and a good conscience and a sincere faith. 6 Some have departed from these and have turned to meaningless talk. 7 They want to be teachers of the law, but they do not know what they are talking about or what they so confidently affirm. 8 We know that the law is good if one uses it properly. 9 We also know that the law is made not for the righteous but for lawbreakers and rebels, the ungodly and sinful, the unholy and irreligious, for those who kill their fathers or mothers, for murderers, 10 for the sexually immoral, for those practicing homosexuality, for slave traders and liars and perjurers—and for whatever else is contrary to the sound doctrine 11 that conforms to the gospel concerning the glory of the blessed God, which he entrusted to me.” - 1 Timothy 1: 5 – 11.

Some days ago, a member of the Maltese Parliament, the Woke-Rebecca Buttigieg also attacked Senior Pastor Gordon-John Manche’ and his church with it's congregants, when she stated publicly that, “This group preaches hate and after all everyone know what River of Love means!”

This lie done publicly by MP Rebecca Buttigieg is “the true hate speech” from an unelected Parliamentary member currently in the Maltese Government. This is an utter shame and non-other than bullying and an out of order talk to manipulate as well as mis-lead with lies the people listening!

In a press release, Political Party ABBA, stated that Member of Parliament Rebecca Buttigieg should resign on 'tale' Hate speech.

Can you live a holy life in sin?

Some members of the woke liberal movement above mentioned Lgbtiq lobbies, somehow claim that they are Roman Catholics!

One particular group is known as Drachma, a Catholic group of gays/lesbians and their parents who claim to be Catholics.

These seem to be somehow approved by local Mons. Charles Scicluna. Drachma had enjoyed some form of favor with the Catholic church in Malta for many years now and even seems to still be going on today. The local Catholic group of Drachma should take a closer notice now in regards to the very words of Pope Francis!

It is healthy to have groups like Drachma and churches to support parents and their children but if it's a Christian group or church should not keep its members in a lie. Homosexuality is a sin.

Getting back to Pope Francis talk... he also stated that Lgbtiq members should not be banned from churches and to be gay should not be treated as a criminal. This sounds parallel to what River of Love have long been saying. This however has never been the issue, as in Malta being gay/lesbian is not a crime by law and off course. The church is always there with arms wide open to welcome to the family of Christ, those who come searching to start a life with Him. Indeed everyone knows that simply just entering a church building does not make anyone a follower of Christ – a Christian, however when one truly surrenders his or her life to Christ a transformation takes place in the life of the individual through the inward work of The Holy Spirit and Truth of God’s word applied to one’s life brings a complete transformation!

Back to secretary Parliamentary for equality Rebecca Buttigieg, I hope that she as a catholic, will be humble enough to take back what she said earlier this month and set the example to all others by apologising publicly to Pastor Gordon-John Manche’ and all the families of River of Love who have been unfairly attacked and felt hurt by her comment. River of Love is a great Church where one can attend weekly and enjoy great Praise & Worship Gospel Music, the teaching of the Word of God and the wonderful tangible presence of The Holy Spirit and God’s love!

Now a question emerge for Mons.Charles Scicluna. Is Homosexuality a sin?
